1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

When you request a demo through the website, we collect your name and your email address, as well as the date of the request. We do not collect any other data or use advertising or tracking cookies. The website only uses one technical cookie that stores your chosen language.

3. What we use the data for

We use this data only to respond to your request, contact you by email and schedule the My Intel box demo. We do not use it for any other purpose, nor do we sell it or pass it on to third parties for marketing.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and on your consent, given when you submit the request (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the legal retention periods of the business relationship apply.

6. Who has access to the data

Only the sales team of BlockBond Unipessoal, Lda. Requests are sent through our email service provider, which acts as a processor and handles the data only on our instructions.

6.1. Abuse protection

To protect the form against automated submissions, we temporarily keep, for no more than 24 hours, an encrypted and irreversible version (hash) of the IP address and email of the person making the request. This information is used only to limit the number of requests and is deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Just contact us at rgpd@blockbond.pt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure, including encrypted transmission of communications.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
